Colonel Kedrick Wills (ISP Ret.) brings over 30 years of leadership experience in law enforcement, public service, and organizational development.
He began his career in 1995 as a bilingual patrol officer and joined the Idaho State Police in 1996. Rising through the ranks, he was appointed Director of the Idaho State Police in 2017, serving under Governors C.L. “Butch” Otter and Brad Little. He was confirmed by the Idaho State Senate three times and retired in 2024.
In addition to his leadership roles, Colonel Wills is an author, teacher, and speaker on leadership and organizational culture, with more than a decade of university-level teaching experience.
His background combines real-world operational leadership with a deep understanding of how organizations function, making his presentations both practical and immediately applicable.
